Bounce is a workshop for anyone wanting to learn more about resiliency and work towards implementing coping strategies to promote confidence, less stress and improve your overall mental health and wellbeing.
When thinking about the last time you were faced with a stressful or negative event, how quickly did you bounce back? Did you bounce like a beach ball or fall flat like a wet sea ball?
No-one is immune from life’s challenges, but by taking the time to invest in your own mental health and wellbeing it acts as survival plan to lessen the impact on both you and your loved ones for whatever comes next.
This session will help you:

Identify your strengths and implement coping strategies to gain more resilience.
Learn how to maintain self-control and will power when you’re feeling stressed.
Learn how to move forward with courage and optimism, when faced with adversity.
Develop a plan to build resiliency to bounce back quicker!
