Three of the most iconic Austrian wine producers are in Brisbane this August to share their wines and vision with us at Donna Chang. Their focus is their extraordinary Terroir, where they craft some of the finest Rieslings Gruener Veltliners and Blaufraenkisch wines. We take a journey up the Danube to the Wachau, a World Heritage region, to the hills of Langenlois in the Kamptal, before finishing in east Austria near the Hungarian border, where the Pannonian climate produces exceptional reds.
Donna Chang has only recently appeared on the Brisbane dining scene but the impact was immediate. One of the most beautiful settings in town serving stunning food, which gives a nod to both Sichuan flavours and authentic Cantonese cuisine. Donna Chang unites a respected team of industry leaders from both international and interstate origins, serving Modern Chinese from best locally sourced ingredients .
4 courses will be served with 10 or more wines from the producers visiting, this will be one of the most exciting dinners this winter in Brisbane.
