Dealing with complaints (internal or external), allegations of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, breaches of the company code of conduct, allegations of mistreatment or abuse or other incidents in the workplace can be challenging and if you don't address them correctly, they can not only cause undue stress to those involved but also expose the company to significant risk.
