Get Your Kids 'Living Out of Home Ready' | Confidence Hackers | Thursday, 13. February 2020

Are your kids thinking about moving out to go to uni... or just out of the family home?

Once you've finished dancing around kitchen, it's time to prepare them for the realities of 'adulting'
I'll teach them how to:
- make and keep a simple budget- have confidence to cook easy and cheap meals- deal with housemate conflict- manage 'adulting' stress & anxiety- get a job with job readiness skills- manage other basic life skills they'll need
The transition from living at home to living away from home is another huge one that young people have to **** and causes serious problems for lots of them - especially when that is combined with starting at uni...
In fact, new research shows that 95% of students have struggled with challenges like these to the extent that it has negatively impacted their wellbeing - which is exactly why I created this 2 day workshop.

I'm also running another 2 day workshop called 'Uni Ready' on 17 & 18 Feb covering more of the practical things students struggle with in making the transition from high school to university. Thing like study skills to help them keep up, building confidence to make new friends, creating useful study/life balance, ways to manage stress and anxiety and skills for work readiness.
The workshop will be small (max of 15 people), so that everyone can be involved, and run at my home (so it's super comfortable). Minimum numbers also apply.  9.30am to 4pm each day.
Costs:Early bird (closes Fri 31 Jan) - $200 per person for 2 daysAfter that price increases to $250 for the 2 daysBook both for a further 10% discount (contact me direct for these bookings)
You can check out what other people have said about my workshops here.
