Pilates in the Park
ZipRfit facilitates beginner to immediate 60 minute workouts for adults of all ages.  The classes combine elements of Pilates strengthening, stretching and exercises specially designed to improve posture, reduce stress and tone your body. 
These classes are supported by the Brisbane City Council’s Active & Healthy Program – Active Parks.
All classes are mums and bubs friendly!

WHAT TO BRING: Workout clothes, towel and/or mat
AGE: 18 years and over

COST:  Casual class $5 (please give to instructor at the beginning of the class)
BOOKINGS: No bookings for individual classes are required.

FAQs
Will the class proceed in wet weather?
As the classes are held in our beautiful parks in the great outdoors, the classes are subject to the unlikely event of cancellation due to wet or inclement weather.  In the event of wet weather, the instructor will attend the park to assess and advise whether the class will proceed. We will also advise via a post on the ZipRfit facebook page -  No refunds will be made in the event of wet or inclement weather.  
Will the class proceed in the event of instructor illness?
In the unlikely event that a rostered instructor is ill, we will endeavour to find a cover instructor.  In the unlikely event that a cover instructor can not be sourced, we will advise of the class cancellation via a post on the ZipRfit facebook page -  However, we do advise that no refunds will be made in the event of the cancellation of a class due to illness.  
Am I fit enough?
We encourage every participant to honour their body and take the class at their own pace.  Instructors will provide gentle, medium and harder options throughout the class so that their is an option for everyone!
Will it be ok to bring my baby or toddler along?
You are more than welcome to bring your child along to the class and many parents find the playground convienent.  You also may find it helpful to bring along a picnic blanket, some toys, a water bottle and a snack.  Please also note that you are responsible for supervising your children throughout the class.
