4 Week Mindfulness Program for Carers - John James Foundation CANBERRA | John James Village | Wednesday, 04. September 2019

This is a complimentary program brought to you by The John James Foundation.
The program is designed for carers who could do with some time out, build on their resilience skills, improve their own health and feel more supported. 
Open to all carers. You could be caring for elderly, ill family members, caring for people with disabilities or special needs. No previous meditation experience required. All welcome.

Program Requirements 
Weekly commitment of 1hr class every Wednesday at 6pm.
Upto a maximum of 10 minutes of daily homework, applying new skills.  
Short questionnaire to evaluate  personal outcomes and feedback form to measure program success. 
Limited spots. Register your interest via eventbrite sign up or direct email and we will reply within 24hrs. A 5 minute phone discussion is required to make sure this program is suited for you. 

Deanne Brennan is your Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.  She has experienced all aspects of being a carer. As a health professionl, a mother, support to her husband going through cancer and her own cancer diagnosis. She loves creating a welcoming space for people to get away from the stress and chaos in life and learn some valuable life skills. Dee uses her mindfulness practice to stay healthy, manage her emotions and be more patient with others. Contact:
