Taste of Braddon Pug Races | Haig Park | Sunday, 12. November 2017


Feel free to bring along your pup and enjoy the event, even though all race positions are taken there may be no-shows on the day.

Pugs will be racing down Braddon’s Haig Park on Sunday 12 November at 1pm as part of this year’s Taste of Braddon. The races will be located in Haig Park near the Mandalay Bus.

Rules and Regulations
• Races will be held in intervals from 1pm on Sunday the 12 November.
• You may bring your dog’s favourite dog toy or any item necessary to use during the race to encourage them
• We highly encourage you to dress your dog up - there will be prizes for best dressed
• A cooling collar is recommended if your dog may overheat
• There will be a very important puppy (VIP) area where shade, water and cooling facilities will be available
• All dogs must be on a leash when in public areas. Leashes will be removed within race area and must be put back on your dog at completion of the race
• Owners are required to clean up their dog’s accidents. Plastic waste bags, a potty station and water will be provided
• Dogs must be on their best behaviour; if your dog attacks another dog or person, you will be disqualified and may be asked to leave
