Baking Class | Doughnuts! | Read It & Eat | Sunday, 09. June 2019

Celebrate National Doughnut Day by learning to make them! One of our most popular classes, students learn the ins and outs of making fresh doughnuts. Menu includes old fashioned, filled doughnuts, baked doughnuts, and potato doughnuts.
Skills Covered: Frying, working with yeast, rolling dough, glazing.


 
About the teacher: Kelly Dull has worked at multiple bakeries and restaurants around the country, including Magnolia Bakery in Chicago and North Bakery in Providence, R.I. She has also taught a variety of pastry classes for Sur La Table in Illinois.
 
 

 
Restrictions: Ages 18 and Older
Refund/cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
