Healthcare Anchor Network CEO Convening | Lawndale Christian Health Center: Skyline Conference Center | Monday, 12. August 2019

About the Healthcare Anchor Network CEO Convening
The goal of this convening is to accelerate our collective impact to the Anchor Mission.  Over our day together, we will confirm our shared commitments around Anchor Mission strategies and further a strategy to engage the entire healthcare sector in adopting the Anchor Mission to address economic inequities and improve community well-being.
View the agenda here.
With rising inequities, our current approaches won’t achieve individual and community health and well-being.  Working together in order to cultivate new approaches to systemic issues is an integral first step in creating a more equitable healthcare system.  We look forward to you joining us with your leadership at this critical moment in our work together!

Systems leaders in the following positions are encouraged to attend

CEOs

Board Members

Executive Sponsors (staff who are responsible for system-wide implementation of the Anchor Mission)

We strongly encourage the attendance and active participation of your institution’s CEO, board member, and a selected executive sponsor.  We believe that strong attendance across various departments will allow for each system to increase their collective impact in our work during the convening.
Rapidly evolving since its inception in early 2017, HAN is a national collaboration of more than 40 health systems. Members have created a unique and collaborative space in healthcare focused on accelerating healthcare’s role in deploying sustainable, long-term strategies to address economic and racial inequities that preclude healthy communities. Local members, Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Rush University Medical Center, will be hosting us and co-sponsoring the Healthcare Anchor Network CEO Convening.
