ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Innovation requires an optimistic mindset. It’s about driving change – not in spite of limitations, but because of them. Most innovation teams fail because they fall victim to their own constraints. Even the most motivated change agents can get frustrated. The truth is that constraints—lack of budget, people, time, resources, etc.—are external. You cannot control them, but you can control how you react. Being a victim or a superhero is a choice: it’s on you to decide whether limitations become an obstacle or not.
Join this workshop to unblock your ability to drive change effectively by turning your limitations into a superpower.
