Yoga for Absolute Beginners | Yoga Dojo | Monday, 08. July 2019

I can’t do yoga because … I’m not flexible enough I don’t want people laughing at me I can’t touch my toes I’m not fit enough My hamstrings are too tight Does this sound like you? If it does, then this course is the perfect place to leave all those excuses behind and just get started. Yippie! You will learn basic yoga poses, breathing practices, meditation techniques and relaxation exercises. You will improve your flexibility and strength; reduce stress and anxiety; sleep better and feel AMAZING! When you have completed this course you will be able to confidently join in loads of other yoga classes. This is a 6-WEEK course starting the week of July 8th.The Absolute Beginners Course has FOUR CLASS TIME OPTIONS - Choose one class time that suits your lifestyle for 6 weeks.

All classes run for 1 hour. We also run a catch up session every SATURDAY at 10am for people who wish to repeat the class.
Bring your own mat if you have one, or borrow one of ours! We provide props and everything eles you will need. 
COST: 12 classes (including Staurdays) for $100 or bring a friend and you can BOTH do it for $180!
