Uplifting each other through the challenges of parenthood

Parenting didn’t come with a handbook!

And no one advertises how shocking the transition to parenthood can be.

The fear about labour and delivery, fighting with your partner, lack of sleep, hearing what to do and what not to do from society and wondering what to make of it all can be incredibly overwhelmed.

And then once you are a parent, there’s breastfeeding, child safety, postpartum depression, difficulties with your relationship, time management, financial stress, perinatal health and fitness, sexual health, child development, making good decisions, and it can make you feel like you’re alone.

Imagine improving your life with kids… Even by just 25%,.. How different would your life be?

What would that look like for you?

More freedom, more control, improved health, happier?

Our mission is to help a expectant mothers, new parents and families.
