Yoga Class | GEELONG CITY YOGA | Thursday, 12. September 2019

At GMHBA we know just how important mental health is and aim to support the mental health of our members and the community. To celebrate R U OK Day, we’re offering the chance to take part in a free yoga class. Yoga is a great way to unwind, relax and take some time for yourself and your mental health. 
This general yoga class caters to people's different needs and abilities and can adjust poses to suit all levels of fitness and flexibility. During the class you will work on standing poses and some seated poses. You will quickly experience the physical and mental benefits of this powerful practice. You will feel stronger, more stable, less restricted and calmer. You will likely gain relief from long standing aches and pains and more valuable moments of clarity if otherwise highly stressed.
Yoga mats are provided, please wear clothes that are comfortable to move in and complete the class waiver prior to arrival.
Coffee, tea and light morning tea will be provided. Places are limited so register to avoid disappointment.
