Who should attend?

Anyone who wants to reduce stress and achieve a better work life balance. Employers are encouraged to support their employees to attend this workshop. Group/workplace sessions can also be arranged.

Program Features:

In this one and a half hour workshop we examine your current work life balance and explore how to balance priorities in life.

This workshop gives you the opportunity to reflect on your life through discussion and interactive exercises.

Through reflective exercises you can plan some personal coping strategies to bring about change to an unbalanced life, understand disharmony and plan how to overcome an imbalance in your work and life. The workshop also includes stress management tips.

About the facilitator:

This workshop has been developed and is facilitated by WACRH’s Mental Health Academic Chantal Crinquand who has extensive experience in facilitating mental health workshops and comes from a background of mental health nursing and counselling.
