More and more people are discovering the joy of Sri Lankan hoppers. Made from fermented batter, they are a fun and unique way to serve deliciously healthy curry-based dishes and desserts.

Now, you can learn how to make them yourself at one of Hopper Kadé’s workshops. Running on selected dates, they give you the chance to learn more about Sri Lankan culture, flavours and cuisine - before getting hands on.

At the workshop you will begin with a welcome drink made from coconut arrack, a Sri Lankan liqueur. You will learn how to make hopper batter before trying your hand at making your own hoppers in our kitchen. The workshop finishes off with a three course tasting menu including dessert.
