Knowledge Translation: Pathway to Impact | The University of Sydney | Wednesday, 07. August 2019

The musculoskeletal research group at the Faculty of Health Sciences in collaboration with SydMSK alliance is organising an interactive workshop on Pathway to Impact facilitated by Knowledge Translation expert Dr Tamika Heiden from Research Impact Academy.
Topics covered:

Introduction to Knowledge Translation & Impact

How to plan for impactful research

Building networks and engaging stakeholders

Understanding research impact

Ideally suited for ECR/MCR’s planning a future grant or have grants requiring a knowledge translation or research impact component.  At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will have mapped their goals, learned how to build and manage their networks, identified potential project stakeholders, identified relevant outputs and considered the impact type, indicators and evidence for their goals. 
Each participant will receive follow-up mentoring support from Research Impact Academy.

Expression of interests is invited from the Faculty of Health Sciences and SydMSK researchers (affiliated with the University of Sydney).

Places are limited to 25 people and will be allocated merit-based. 

The application closes next week Friday, 21 June, at 6 pm.

Confirmation of spot will be emailed to the successful applicants by Monday, 15 July 2019.
