Profitability – how to control and maximise revenues and maximise organisation design – how to build and develop the perfect and most profitable teams and divisions and to avoid silos. Presented by Nic Rixon of Strategic Growth for Enterprise

Lloyds Banking Group, in association with Strategic Growth for Enterprise (SGFE) and Menzies LLP – Accountants and Business Advisors will be hosting a special event on 19th September in London, for Partners and decision makers in law firms, who want to grow by increasing their revenue and profitability.
The agenda is broad, covering key issues facing London based law firms, before focusing on what you need to do in your firm to prepare for and make the most of the predicted market growth from 2021-2031.
Open Forum
Chaired by Julian Oldfield (solicitor and former managing partner), there will be an open discussion and exchange under Chatham House rules. The event will be followed by informal drinks and networking.
Growing your Revenue
Nic Rixon of SGFE will give an engaging and informative presentation on maximising your revenues in the new economy, explaining how it is the whole client experience that drives revenues.
Keeping it profitable!
In a growth phase, it is easy to increase turnover at the expense of profitability and increased management overhead.
Nic will explain how to avoid these traps and how to build efficient and profitable teams: including team structure and roles, ideal team sizes and managing capacity.
Peter Noyce of Menzies LLP will speak on strategy, collaboration and other tips on improving profitability and how this also assists succession.
