  • Hello everyone! We are super excited and thankful with all of you. Thank you so much for being part of this amazing event. We cannot wait to see you all on Friday We want to introduce you someone SuperSpecial. Ramiro De Anda, aka "SuperRami". He was diagnosed with leukemia on December 26th, 2008, he was 2.5 years old. How can you explain a kid that he has cancer? Answer is... you can't. We told him he would become a "superhero" and chemotherapy were superpowers, MRI was a machine that checked his superpowers. He even used to ask his doctors for certain kind of powers. He was a ******** fan of Spiderman, Batman, Wolverine, Star Wars, etc. Superheroes were an important part of his fight. They helped him to understand the difficult and painful process of dealing with cancer. He loved and admired all these fiction superheroes. But, he and all our kids fighting cancer are the real heroes. He was always smiling, making jokes, scolding others, and giving love. The villain did not win the battle, Heaven needed a hero. He gained his wings on May 16th 2012, when he was 6 years old. Thank you so much for your support, trust, and for being part of SuperRami's legacy.

Currently having over 20 different cosplays under his belt, and growing, Thomas' main goal in cosplay is diversity. Constantly delving into different techniques of craftsmanship with cosplay, he strives to develop his all around expertise. He got into the hobby in order to make the character leap off the page and into real life, by not only striving to look like the character, but also carry himself like the character. Thomas attributes his interest in cosplay to his childhood where his first memories of dressing up came from wearing his grandfather's shirts around his neck and leaping off the couch like Batman and robin. Looking forward to the future there is not going to be any stopping him. With multiple cosplays being planned and considered, he considers there to be enough content to last for years to come.
