Clean Eating Cooking Lab - Summer Salads | Tuesday, 02. June 2020
Notice: This date has changed! This class is intended for the health-conscious life-long learner who is ready to make small changes toward improving health. Students will prepare each recipe while Healthy Mom University Instructors will educate on the health-promoting benefits of the ingredients being used. All recipes prepared will be plant-based with the option of adding meat. Participants with food allergies/dietary restrictions should let us know in advance. All efforts will be made to accommodate food intolerances. Generally, all recipes will be plant-based; dairy-free; soy-free; gluten/wheat-free, and egg-free. Nuts, seeds, and legumes are frequently used as ingredients in our clean eating recipes. This virtual class will begin promptly at 8 pm. Tickets will not be sold at the door so please purchase online in advance. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule a class due to low enrollment and will provide a refund.
