  • I remember the first restorative yoga class I attended: I was a new mother, desperately sleep deprived, with a disorganised nervous system that came from not sleeping and constantly caring for a disgruntled new baby. I attended a two hour restorative class, not quite sure what to expect. Over the course of that two hours we only did six yoga poses, but it felt so indulgent and so soothing. For an entire week after that I was so relaxed, calmed and composed that nothing upset me, nothing rattled me. That was when I knew that I was onto something magical, something really healing. I teach restorative yoga from this place, from this understanding of how transformative and generative restorative yoga can be.
  • Book early and save yourself $5. Two hours this relaxing is worth it!
