It’s a stressful and anxious time for all so why not join us on Zoom where you can try a variety of different techniques to help you to find inner calm.

Gentle mindful exercises standing in place - based on chi kung and tai chi

Your online class has enabled us to energise as well as clear our minds and to keep up the good practises we had developed in the normal class environment. It’s also so good to have some visual **** to **** catch ups with others in the class which make us feel less isolated. All good. Heather and Ian

Weekly Schedule

Weekly class schedule is as follows:

(all times GMT/London)

Monday: 4pm – 4.30pm: Mindful Motion for beginners

Monday: 8pm - 8.30pm: FREE Mindfulness for Teachers

Wednesday: 2pm – 2.30pm: Mindful Motion for beginners (stretching and chi kung)

Thursday: 4pm – 4.30pm: Mindfulness for beginners

Friday: 2pm – 2.45pm: Tai Chi for beginners (chi kung and form training)
