Running a small business can be challenging - particularly when it comes to managing cash flow and understanding how your decisions can impact your bottom line.
This workshop will help you understand (or improve) your cash flow management by using a board-based business simulation exercise.
This practical, hands-on session will allow you to trial ideas in a risk-free environment before taking them back to your business.
You will explore the cause-and-effect relationships that govern a company’s financial statements, learn basic business finance language and the logic of business – “how it works”. Essential skills to enable you to make better strategic and financial decisions in your own business.
You will also have access to a 30 minute follow-up mentoring session with a finance specialist to help embed learning.

Balance sheet
Profit and loss statement
