Ayurveda is a the oldest medical system in the world which has a holistic approach to healing using nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle and bodywork treatments. It strives to create harmony between the body, mind, and spirit, maintaining that this balance prevents and treats illness, and contributes to a long and healthy life. Ayurveda views each person as unique and understands that we all have slightly different physiologies and emotional tendencies. In this workshop you will learn:

What does Vikruti mean
The 5 element theory and doshas
Ways to support your heath using basic Ayurvedic practices
We will finsh the evening off with pranayama (breathing exercises) and a guided meditation. You will leave feeling balanced and replenished with valuable information to take with you, and empower you on your health journey.
