Learn negotiation tips and strategies and put them into practice with Stuart Lowden and Jeff Graham from CGU, both esteemed leaders in CGU.

Stuart Lowden
Stuart has over 35 year s insurance experience spanning four states of Australia - NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria. Stuart's primary focus during this time has been on sales and business development . Stuart has spent the past few years specialising in Sales Capability Uplift where he has worked with People Leader s to help make their people the "best they can be"
Jeff Graham
Jeff has worked in the Insurance industry for over 40 years. His career has included a diverse number of roles across NSW & Victoria including Underwriting, Claims, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Administration, Planning, Relationship Management & Line Management. Jeff’s focus for the past several years has centred around people development with a focus on Sales Capability

FAQs:
How do I get the Members Discount?
All attendees registering should be YIPs members in order to obtain the Members Discount. You will need to enter a promotional code under "promotional code" when purchasing your tickets.
The promotional code is available to registered members only (either from the original email invitation sent to members, the members only section of the website or by emailing events@)
You will need to register as a YIPs member via prior to emailing us for the code.
How can I pay for my tickets?
Payment is by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
Can you issue a receipt/tax invoice?
Your ticket is your invoice - please retain a copy for your records as these will be collected on the night. Note that YIPS Australia and New Zealand INC is registered for GST, which is included in your ticket price.
Can I purchase tickets on the night?
Unfortunately, all tickets MUST be purchased online prior to the event.
NO TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.
How many tickets are available?
There are a limited number of tickets (due to size of venue, catering etc) only so get in early to avoid disappointment.
Should the event sell out you will be able to register your name on the waitlist - if tickets become available, you will receive an email advising you of ticket availability (best not to rely on this - we are VERY popular!)

What is the refund policy?

Refund on tickets purchased are available prior to 14th August 2019 via the Eventbrite website. After this date, no refunds will be available on tickets purchased.
