“I completed a teacher training with Lee Heron last year. Since then I have spent countless hours applying what I have learnt within my own practice as well as guiding the practice of others. Lee has a wealth of in depth knowledge about the human body and effortlessly held space for us in a way that I found inspiring. Something that she said early on in the course really stood out for me; our job is “to empower people to respond to their own body.” A simple yet profound idea that I feel gets to the heart of what we all need; more empowerment and more awareness. That is exactly what I walked away with, and for that I am grateful.” Clement, PT

“ I am new to YTT. I felt that I was given an abundance of information and guidance.” Monica, Celestial Sounds

“ I … heard that Lee was a fabulous trainer and I was excited to learn from someone with such knowledge and experience. There was nothing missing from the training. It was excellent and this is the most comprehensive YTT manual I have ever received and I feel that I can start teaching shapes with modifications and options immediately.” Neska, RYT
