We're welcoming Hartsyard's Gregory Llewellyn into the Wine Room Kitchen to recreate his favourite hometown party snacks, the humble 'Chips and Dip', but not at all how you know it. Greg will be dishing up some wild dips you won't find in the supermarket aisle of Woolies, but in true Hartsyard tradition. Have you ever tasted cheddar puffs with dijon, pickled kohlrabi & pastrami spice? Salt and vinegar crisps with prawn tartare? How about a panisse ******* with yoghurt, cucumber, mint, black garlic?

Come on down on Sunday, March 18th and taste the chippo and dip creations of Greggy paired with some Hartsyard special Aperitivo drinks, all for the price of $5-7 from 5-7pm.

Aperitivo Hour has been at the very heart of the Wine Room since the inception of the hotel just over a year ago. The concept has been based on Maurice’s experience and groundbreaking work at The Melbourne Wine Room in The George Hotel in Melbourne, which is to build a place of quality service, impeccable product and in as many words circle back to what ‘real hospitality’ is.

In its simplest form, the concept is very well priced drinks and delicious plates of super-value snacks from Sunday to Thursday, 5-7pm priced at a super-reasonable $5-7.
