Cumberland Domestic and Family Violence Action Plan Workshop 
This workshop aims to develop a local, tangible, practical implementation plan aligned to actions in the Cumberland Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan.
 The workshop will be interactive and will include:


A presentation of key findings of the preliminary research;


Discussion with participants about their current programs and projects that align with the DFV prevention initiatives and priorities identified in the Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan. Partnership opportunities will also be discussed.


Development of practical actions that address current gaps in training for local services and workers, primary prevention projects and campaigns.


Discussion on a governance model for the implementation plan including roles and responsibilities to ensure effective and collaborative implementation of the action plan.


 The workshop will be facilitated by Domestic Violence NSW and the outcomes from this Workshop will be documented into an action plan which will be implemented collaboratively with local community organisations.

Community services organisations, volunteer and community groups in the Cumberland local government area

Getting there: There is limited onsite parking at the centre. The Centre is 5-7 minutes from Wentworthville Train Station.  There is additional parking on nearby streets
