Saturday Birth Course: 23 and 30 November 2019 | Westmead Hospital | Saturday, 23. November 2019

Birth Course at Westmead Hospital is a unique childbirth preparation that brings together only evidence based techniques and practices. The techniques that you learn for your birth in this course have been subjected to a randomised controlled trial (conducted by Kate Levett and published in the British Medical Journal in 2016). This trial demonstrated significantly improved outcomes for women and babies.
The Birth Course is presented on 2 consecutive Saturdays for 5 hours each day.
The workshop starts promptly at 9am. Please arrive at 8.45am for registration so the day can begin on time.
As these 2 days only cover ‘labour and birth’ you will need to book into the ‘breastfeeding workshop’ and the ‘starting out with baby’ workshop to ensure you have all the knowledge and skills you need to start your parenting journey.
