5 Ways to Stress Less | McDonalds Woodbine | Monday, 02. September 2019

This is your opportunity to meet other mums in a fun environment and learn ways to stress less at the same time. 
There will be 5 one hour workshops with a different topic each Monday from 9:45am to 10:45am. The schedule is as follows:
Monday 2 September - Minimalism
Monday 9 September - Self-care
Monday 16 September - Positive Parenting
Monday 23 September - Mindfullness
Monday 30 September - Gratitude
Kids are welcome. This event will be held in the party room.
This is a workshop for a small group so there are a limited number of spaces available. 
Tickets can only be purchased in advance.
