All workshops are held at our farm in Woodlands, outside Mittagong and cost $160pp. This includes all ingredients, equipment and a yummy home grown, homemade lunch. You will take home the cheeses you have made during the day, so bring along a large rigid watertight box to travel with (an esky or large Tupperware box is perfect).

Each workshop addresses three cheeses (one renneted, two soft cheeses). The exact pattern of the day depends on which cheeses you choose to study, but generally the day starts at 10am and finishes by 4pm.

Class sizes are small: minimum of 6 – maximum of 14. If bookings for a particular class do not reach the minimum by the Thursday prior to its event, I will notify participants and offer them the option to either re-book on another date or refund their money.
